Vintage French MBFA Pornic (Manufacture Bretonne de Faïences Artistiques) oyster plate or platter. Beautiful vibrant red/orange colour inside each of the 12 oyster beds. The plate could also be used for clams and other seafood.
Marked beneath with MBFA Pornic, hand painted.
The ceramic is thick, there are a couple of chips on the underside rim of the plate whereas the front hasn't any marks.
Do not wash in a dishwasher.
