He spent over sixty years there, notably as artistic director of Aluminia (from 1928 to 1969) and Royal Copenhagen (from 1949 to 1969). His designs blend nature-inspired, geometric, and abstract motifs, achieving a perfect balance between rigorous technique and expressive aesthetics.
