This Antique Pair (His and Hers) of Ornately Carved His and Her Nightstands is a unique and exceptionally rare match from the 19th century in the opulent Classical Revival style.
Made from solid figured mahogany with matched burled walnut drawer frongs and satinwood string inlay
Twin drawers on each piece with dove-tailed joinery
Tops finished in richly patina of tiger mahogany
Pierced and scrolled pedestals carved with classical volutes and acanthus foliate motifs
Tiered bases terminating in sculpted Regency-style paw feet
His and her pairing with subtle size variance
