Offering a vintage solid brass wall sculpture depicting an egret perched upon a tree branch standing in a marshland, circa 1960s.The base of the sculpture shows a marsh scene. There are tall, reedy grasses rising on either side of the egret, with some broken stumps visible in the foreground. The bottom of the piece is shaped to represent water, with irregular, organic cutouts suggesting ripples and reflections.
The sculpture is designed to be mounted on a wall with hanging apparatus on verso.
EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. We had this sculpture hand polished to a high shine on the egret. But keep in mind it will tarnish over time.
