Likely produced for holding tobacco smoking paraphernalia. The piece reads "Light Up With Project". Clear glass with textured underside and gold floral detailing and border. We have not been able to find any other promotional pieces like this which leads us to believe it could have been a Sample that did not go into large scale production. See less
