1970s Chinese WBI Hand Painted Bowl. Against a dark blue back drop, vibrant fruit adorn this very pretty bowl.
Hand-decorated porcelain bowl featuring a rich palette of deep cobalt blue, peach, and green. The interior showcases a lush arrangement of pomegranates, peaches, and foliage, framed by a geometric border in blue and white. The exterior echoes the interior with the rich colors of the vibrant fruit.
Crafted in Macau, mid to late 20th Century, this piece reflects the “Macau style” of raised enamels and East-meets-West decorative fusion, often commissioned for export and display. For decorative use only.
The bowl measures 10" wide by 5" tall. The pedestal base measures 4 1/2" across.
