This is a classic example of Hoffmann’s strict geometrical lines and the quadratic theme in his work is the Kubus armchair, designed in 1910 and handcrafted to perfection. Manufactured by Wittmann in the 1980s in Austria. The manufacturer's label is attached underneath the seat. The armchairs is in overall good vintage condition with some signs of time and use, as shown in pictures. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
