Auguste rodin (1840-1917) young model stretching, 1949 heliogravure and stencil (dreux-barry workshop) signed in the plate limited to 600 unnumbered copies on vellum 44.5 x 32 cm information: superb period engraving after an original watercolor by auguste rodin. Published in 1949 by the bibliothèque des arts décoratifs under the supervision of the musée rodin, of which it includes the official stamp "mr". Excellent condition this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
