Created in 1934, this “Bande de Roses” chandelier by René Lalique, Unsigned, has clear and frosted glass in a tapering circular form that is heightened with coral patina and decorated with graduated bands of rose motifs, which are suspended from six braided cord strands. This Model was introduced in 1924
The chandelier is referenced in Felix Marcilhac's “Catalogue Raisonne de Oeuvre de Verre.”
The height of the shade is 8 1/2 inches, diameter 20 1/2 inches.
