A fine, signed Art Nouveau porcelain cabinet plate.
By Royal Vienna.
Signed Wagner to the lower right.
With a hand painted depiction of Ruth to the center surrounded by a blue & green border richly decorated with platinum, raised gold, & rich gilding.
Marked to the reverse with a blue underglaze Royal Vienna beehive mark, and Ruth / Dec. 229. / Dèpose in black and 36761229 / 18F in red.

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Condition Details:
There are very, very few minor highpoint losses to the gilding or jeweling in the gold. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
