An incredible vintage Louis XV style French Country solid wood Estanier or wall etagere plate holder.
This is such a gorgeous decorative shelving wall unit. The unit features heavily carved scrolls and acanthus leafs in a distressed dry brushed pale sage green with auburn or rust accents. The top shelf has a lip to place decorative plates.
The bottom shelf does not. The original finials were lost somewhere along the way so the finials in place are new and have been refinished to match the rest of the unit. It's an incredible piece with curved legs, beautiful open designs. This is a very large piece and will be the envy of all in a kitchen or hall.

It has a few holes where the last owner drilled into the wood to directly attach to the wall. I did not fill them in just in case you would like to utilize them to attach the shelf to the wall. The hooks were removed as you can see from the back of the unit. It's a very heavy piece so it will need to be secured properly unless you place it on top of a piece of furniture. less
