Crafted in rosewood marquetry with a herringbone pattern, it is adorned with finely chiseled bronzes and topped with a marble top.
The front opens with seven drawers offering ample storage space, each accented by delicate gilt bronze handles and keyholes. The sides feature a superb herringbone veneer, accentuating the furniture's sophistication.
This piece is stamped "Skalski," the name of a renowned retailer based in Cholet, France, active until 2003. These creations are in keeping with the tradition of the great French styles, created during the second half of the 20th century for a clientele seeking luxury and classicism.
