A refined mid-century rosewood trolley designed by Torbjørn Afdal for Mellemstrands Møbelfabrik Bruksbo, Norway, circa 1960s. Executed in richly figured rosewood, the piece exemplifies Afdal’s restrained Scandinavian modern aesthetic, where utility and elegance meet in equal measure.
The upper section features two drawers with sculpted recessed handles, their horizontal grain carefully aligned to emphasize the natural beauty of the rosewood.
