Semi Antique Persian Heriz Rug, expertly handwoven in Iran's Mahal region and carefully distressed and restored in the U.S. Measuring 9'3" x 12'5". Persian rugs represent a rich tradition of Iranian art and culture, with weaving techniques dating back to the Bronze Age. The oldest known Persian rugs originate from the Safavid dynasty of the 16th century.
