This is … Read more This is a very engaging abstract artwork of the well known and well priced Italian artist Giulio Turcato. This is a multiple print on paper numbered 79/100 realized in his period of the Italian Abstractism. Giulio Turcato wass born in Mantova, Italy in 1912. In the 1920 he moves with his family to Venezia, where his attended the School of Art and after then the High School of Art. His first paintings were dated 1926 and his first exhibition took place in the 1933 in Venice. In the 1943 he hexibited for the first time to the XXIII Biennial Art Exhibition in Venice. After then he moved to Rome where he got in touch with many Italian artist. In the 1945 it was among the founders of the Artist Group of Neocubism with important artists such as Carla Accardi, Dorazio, Consagra and others. After then he becomes an Internationally well known artist. The print has the polished laquered black frame included This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
