C. 1960s Showa Era 3-panel Japanese Byobu (folding screen), depicting spring landscape with with mountain, trees, river and houses. Signed and sealed by artist. Gouache, watercolor and ink on silk net over gold paper. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with engraved copper corners and medallions showing dark patina. Paper and original label on back. Nearly excellent condition - minor age wear overall, no damage to the painting, some age wear on frame and back, strong hinges, clean sturdy. Japan, Showa Era, circa 1960s.
