A rare 1956 set of likely hand painted, NAPCO Noel Ceramic Vases and Candle Holders.
The box is labeled, "Happy Yuletide Quartette...Originals by Norton...... Ceramic Letter Vases and Candle Holders".
In vibrant green, red and white they spell the word NOEL. and come in the original box with date of manufacture. Each Letter has an Angel with wings, holding either a candle, stocking, bell or bag of goodies. Each Letter has a cluster of white and red holly and holes to affix to a wall. The Angels are made in Japan, NAPCO, however, is a Cleveland, Ohio Company. The Angles ware red shoes, have gold wings and yellow hair.
These sets are considered highly collectible; it is unusual for them to be in generally good condition in their original box. The dimension of the box is: 17 " long x 3 " deep x 5 " wide.
Each Letter measures: 4" x 5". The candles are for display only. With the box there are 5 items.
