This is a Duchess dinner plate in the Ascot pattern from 1990. But Ascot is a plain white plate with a slightly shaped and gold painted rim and this plate has a very colorful painted flower and is signed L. Rappaport. I don’t know who L. Rappaport is, but they have a great sense of color and detail.
The plate measures 10.25 inches across.
The plate has zero damage-not so much as a smudge. The main flowers are a pinky orange color with dark blue with a lot of gold trim.
