The pair are a dark stained pine base and turned legs with a leatherette burgundy attached cushion. Ethan Allen released several versions of this footstool under the Ethan Allen maker, their other company Baumritter and Tell City produced a version. We have curated these footstools from all of those makers. We believe this set is from the early Ethan Allen Old Tavern Collection that featured dark stained pine pieces of which many were originally not marked as Ethan Allen tested the dark pine feature in the marketplace since it was a look they were not known for at that time. It was very well received and they went on to produce a large Old Tavern Collection. Each is 8” tall and can be used stacked at 16” tall. At the time of listing we also offered a pair of these same stacking footstools with black cushions in our shop which can join these to stack four high.
