C. 1960s Showa Era 4-Panel Japanese Byobu (folding screen), depicting a stunning landscape with mountains on black background. Signed by artist. Gouache, watercolor and ink on silk. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with engraved copper corners and medallions. Paper on back. Very Good condition - no damage to the painting; age wear to the wood frame and back, few patches on back, one missing copper corner was recently replaced with a longer one; strong hinges, clean, sturdy. Japan, Showa Era, circa 1960s.
