Lightweight, decorated with rattan on each of their bottom shelves—and they have an amazing tortoise coloring on their legs and trim! Both tables have the same bamboo designs in 3 of the 4 sides—the front is open to accept books, plants, or little “treasures”!
These tables would look stunning ANYWHERE—but especially in sunrooms, cabins, covered porches, conservatories, bathrooms, or groupings in modern or rustic environments—the tortoise coloring practically glows in the sunlight!
Circa 19th Century, while these tables are old, bamboo is quite resilient, but they will developed natural cracks—so I would douse them with a good spray oil (outside), once a year.
I would ship these separately, as they will fit nicely in wardrobe boxes and are very lightweight (under 5lbs each)—UPS would be less costly and arrive much more quickly, than a personal delivery service. ;) See less
