The classic colors of black and gold paint adorn this pair of vintage bookends. Each piece displays a detailed embossing of a trojan horse head in gold with the background and stand in black. As the Philadelphia Manufacturing Company, the makers mark states, this pair of "hand cast metalware bookends are plated and lacquered for permanence." They are sturdy to secure a set of books on a shelf or to display singularly as a decor piece. Make these a "keeper" for the equestrian friend or family member, or yourself!
