It is crafted from acacia wood and Santos rosewood veneer. The door handles and corner pieces are all made from white brass. The interior is fitted with one shelf that can be adjusted for the height. There are four notches on the underside of the shelf that fit snugly over the four metal pegs on the sides. The pegs screw into the sides, making for a very secure shelf.

As a vintage piece, this cabinet has a few flaws that I want to point out. There are a few spots on the left side of the top (refer to picture 12) as well as some scratches in the varnish. These do not penetrate down to the wood itself. There is a small nick on the trim on the right side (refer to picture 9). As you can see from all of the pictures, the wood grain of the Santos rosewood is absolutely exquisite! I photographed this cabinet outside on a sunny day. The color of the wood will definitely look darker in an interior setting under artificial light. Please take this into consideration when matching this cabinet with other pieces of furniture.
