The blue flowers, greenery and gold is both art and history. Pieces like this were typically used in high end entertaining - as Chocolate was a rare and expensive luxury reserved for the upper class. There are no chips or cracks, but an excessive but highly attractive craze pattern. I've found that fitting the inside of pieces with this type of damage with jars just a -little- skinnier makes them VERY attractive for informal floral arrangements. See less
