The Plymouth Society is the second oldest medical society in the U. K. founded in 1794. Dr. Robert Butler Remmett was its founder and first president. The engraver of this 1823 mezzotint is Samuel William Reynolds and the image is from an original portrait by John Ball. I can ship the print without the glass and frame if desired.

Condition: fading to text and minor soiling to beige paper. Frame is missing some gold edging in several places… I have pictured the most noticeable to the interior
