The knives and forks have mother of pearl handles and are in excellent condition. All the pieces have pseudo hallmarks but are silver plate not sterling. The case has a lock but its key has been misplaced at some time in its past. A truly elegant set from a bygone era. Dimensions below are for the case. The knives measure 7.5" x .65" x .32". The forks measure 6.25" x .75" x .32". See less
