moreWe are selling this very interesting and rare Chinese glazed model of a rams pen. This piece of pottery is done in the Han style, but is probably later, possibly Ming Period, with heavy porcelain or stoneware body and green glaze that has become iridescent due to being buried. The crazing and discoloration to the glaze is common on the early Han pieces as many were made for use in burial tombs. The small pen has large thick walls and three adult rams and two younger rams all with horns and stylized bodies.
Condition: Heavy wear typical of having been excavated, a few small repaired chips.

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
