Classic Gorham Sterling Silver Chantilly angel food cake breaker, 11 inches long. Crisp rococo scrolls and fleur-de-lis motifs are typical of the Chantilly pattern. Clean vintage condition with light surface wear. Chantilly was designed by William Christmas Codman in 1895 and remains Gorham’s most collected sterling pattern. Typical construction for this piece is a sterling handle with silverplate prongs. Please see photos for hallmark.
