C. 1960s Shōwa Era 4-panel Japanese Byobu (folding screen), depicting spring landscape scene with Blossoming Plum Tree. Unsigned. Gouache and watercolor on paper. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with engraved copper corners and medallions. Paper and two metal hangers on back. Very Good condition - some age wear overall, no damage to the painting, touch-ups on the wood frame, repairs on hinges, clean, sturdy. Japan, Shōwa Era, circa 1960s.
