Armchair from the first-class compartment of the Italian express train ETR 300 "Settebello" (built in 1952), designed by Gio Ponti and Giulio Minoletti. This luxurious train ran between Milan and Rome from 1953 and was known for its exclusive interiors with blue or brown pinstripe upholstery, gold-colored legs, and modern 1950s design.
