They feature throne-like form with acorns … Read more In this listing you will find exceptionally rare antique armchairs designer by Ettore Zaccari. They feature throne-like form with acorns at the end of their armrests. The armchairs are done in stained solid oak. Originally designed in Italy in the 1905. Manufactured in 1960s and 1970s in Yugoslavia. Very good antique condition. The armchairs have been recently reupholstered by our workshop in burgundy velvet to complement the wood stain. The wood shows some signs of time and use such as small discolorations and scratches. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
