A 19th century French Louis Philippe rafraîchissoir, or wine cooler, made of walnut with turned legs, lower shelf and a small dovetailed drawer with brass knob. Black marble top with two cut-outs to hold wine buckets (missing). Marble is cracked but intact and stable. All original. These small wine tables are often used today as plant stands, perfect for the display of orchids. Circa 1870-1890.
