They are Rendered … Read more This Really is an Exceptionally Nice Original Matching Pair of Antique American Bookends. Circa Very Early 1900s. They are Rendered in a Classic Native American Indian Chief Motif. They are Made Out of Very Heavy Solid Cast iron Each with an Approx Weight of Well Over 6 Pounds. They have No Maker Marks That I can Find but the Quality Indicates that They Could Possibly be Bradley & Hubbard ?. The Finely Detailed Castings are Bolstered with Wonderful Polychrome Hand Painted Features. The Set is in Excellent All Original Condition with Only Minimal Age and Use Related Wear. Outstanding Colors & Patina - They Display Beautifully!. No Damage - No Repairs.

NOTE - That They are Multi Purpose - Could Actually be Used a Bookends, Doorstops, or Just as Stand Alone Decorative Objects.
