The mirror is in a traditional sunburst style with radiating stylized Fleur de Lis arms with small mirror inserts. The central round mirror is surrounded by triangular mirror inserts. The entire mirror is carved from solid wood and gilded. The gilding is a darker shade of gold slightly bronze in tone. Original paper tag on the back dates it to the mid century in Lima, Peru.
