Eagle Bay Heirlooms is pleased to offer this stunning set of eleven (11) Venetian, Hand Blown Glasses, Attributed to Salviati Murano, Italy, dating to the 1950's. A stunning addition to your barware collection, these extremely RARE glasses boasting a very unique cylindrical shape on a footed base featuring a very short stem are sure to thrill your guests. The versatility of the shape could be used for parfait, cocktails, wine, cordials or champagne. They have a 6 ounce fluid capacity.

Their beauty is exquisite with a very deep transparent green blown glass which is highly decorated with an applied floral relief, resembling dogwood flowers and embellished with heavy 24 k gold and beaded raised dots. There are two panels of flowers around the glass and in between is two panels of a beautiful draped fleur-de-lis pattern with dotting. The stems are heavily gilded and are applied with no visible pontils.

Size: 6 ounce fluid capacity, 6" High x 2" Wide

Condition: Overall excellent pre-owned condition. These are unsigned, unmarked. There may be ever-so-slight wear of the gold on the rim on a couple glasses and one has a dark spot on the base (see photo). The gold has a patina from age.

These are quite rare, one-of-a-kind set of Venetian Italian Glassware. They add a touch of elegance to any table setting. Made of high-quality glass, these unique pieces require hand washing and are sure to be a conversation starter at any gathering.
