Infuse old world allure into your home with this stunning Sheraton Wall Mirror. The frame has gilding with half balusters and corner blocks with rosettes, as well as 6 ornate mounts. The reverses painting on glass depicts a lake scene with trees and cottages. There are no blemishes on the mirror which has a heavy, old wood backing. Ready to hang. In excellent condition with period wear and patina, consistent with age and use. One rosette, bottom left, has some verdigris. There is wear to the gilding. No serious damage or repairs.
