It is an … Read more This is a wonderful matted 1945 mid-century fashion hat design that originally appeared in a French periodical. It is an original print and NOT a modern day reproduction. It is an abstract imagine that features a surreal interpretaion of a laced veiled hat by the milliner, Paulette and illustrated and signed by the fashion illustrator, Brenot. Brenot was well known for his advertising art and fashion illustrations in France during the mid 1900s. This image is done in pink and lavender tones. It has fabulous styling! In excellent condition. 8 x 10.75 inches in size. Comes tab mounted on black acid free paper ready for matting/framing.. See less
