Sourced from an estate of a woman who traveled to Italy often, this stunning black, orange, and yellow Murano style blown glass bowl is a typical 1950s pinched and bimorphic shape, with a confetti of colors, including gold foil and colorful murrhine. Multiple ruffle folds around the irregular shaped rim show the layers of color. This is an absolutely beautiful piece of very considerable weight. It would make a lovely addition to your collection, on a stack of coffee table books or a vanity to hold your precious gems and baubles.
