The … Read more This lovely vintage mid century modern arm chair was designed by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings (English, 1905-1976) for Widdicomb circa 1950. The elegant, distinctive design features clean, minimalist lines and gentle curves. The chair is beautifully constructed with a solid wood frame, angled legs and sculptural armrests in the signature style of Robsjohn-Gibbings. The upholstered seat and backrest cushions are affixed to the frame. A classic chair that pairs well with a wide range of styles from mid century modern, to traditional decor, to grand-millennial.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and normal use over time. Solid and sturdy. No apparent labeling.
