Highly sought after by collectors. This type of porcelain originated primarily from about 1837-1901, some even up to the 1920s. During that time period Austria was a major porcelain producer. These were commonly made with pictures of women, often women of stature of the time. As I researched this, I found at least as many of this woman as any other, leading me to believe that her picture was popular for a reason - perhaps she was a queen or princess or such. However, all of those I found could possibly even be the same one over and over in different time periods as it moved from one owner to another. I just cannot say. It is about 5.75 inches tall and has no damage. See less
