The months are changed by popping out the inserts and alternating the paper months. The base is brass and under the paper it is green. The notepad was recently added. Pen is a modern replacement. The swivel pen holder is slightly loose and the pen needs to be placed in firmly to keep it standing straight up. Sourced in France. See less
