Beautiful, and super cute, vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso opalescent blue Italian art glass little pig figurine / sculpture. Documented to the Seguso Vetri d'Arte company. Published in the company book and their archives (see information below). The sculpture has an almost full label still attached to the side, which reads "Seguso Vetri d'Arte Murano - Made In Italy" and has an item number 10096/6 written on it. The piglet figure has an inner core of white opal glass, overlayed with light blue and clear glass. It has a curly tail on the back. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. Mid-century era. Measures: 3 1/4" long x 2 7/8" high x 1 3/4" wide.
