French polished copper two liter jug, c.1930.
Having a tall body with a curved handle. The top has a wide pouring spout. There is a brass plaque inscribed “deux litres” which shows how much the jug holds, 2 liters. The body has an applied pitted appearance which adds to its charm. The interior has a tinned lining. Recently hand polished and cleaned. Stamped on the underside “made in France”.
