A Antique Federal Mahogany Dropleaf Pembroke Table, Pennsylvania, Circa 1820’s
Found in Adams County, PA
Mahogany wood, with poplar secondary wood in the drawer. Retains an old brass pull. Nice cut corners on the leaves. Tapered legs.
Size: 28 1/2” tall, 21” wide, 36” deep, 11 1/2” leaves. Opened up fully: 43” wide
Condition: old historic surface, possibly the original finish. The brass pull is old, and possibly could be original. Lots of wear marks, and patina. Use and wear marks are consistent with age/use. 2 old age related shrinkage cracks on one leaf.
