This timeless chandelier has a brushed steel fixture on which 144 solid hand-blown crystals hang. The crystals run down in a prism/tryi form, with each crystal forming a layer below the previous one. Venini is known for this unique technique and style. With this lamp there are 3 different crystals, a flower shape and the triangle shape of which 2 sizes. From every angle this gives a beautiful shape to the lamp and through the crystal glasses the light falls into the room in a soft and warm way. This mid century crystal chandelier dates from around 1960. In short, a very beautiful lamp for the lover of Venetian glassblowing arts.

About Venice:
Paulo Venini (1895/1959) opened a glass factory in 1921 called Vetri Soffiati Muranesi Cappellin Venini & co in Murano. They took over glassblowers and director of a closed factory. After turbulent years, the company grew under a different name as one of the best glassblowers in Venice. She worked with many well-known designers and brought so many beautiful designs like this lamp into the world.
