There are two shelves and one permanent bottom … Read more Large scale Italian walnut shaped cabinet with glass doors and display shelves. There are two shelves and one permanent bottom display shelf behind the glass door with both sides having a curved fixed glass exposure. The cabinet has intricate marquetry depicting a collection of musical instruments, including a guitar or lute, a horn and possibly drums surrounded by foliage. The foliage decoration is continued over the entire cabinet. There is a solid and decorated door in the front which conceals a large storage area. Gilt bronze mounts also adorn the Cabinet.
