This is a very well-built and solid piece made of solid wood, Burlwood & Flame Mahogany veneers, and real marble.

Condition
In good, structurally sound and sturdy condition with a few minor imperfections that may be visible upon close inspection EXCEPT there is a repair to the back edge of the marble top as shown in the last photo. This is a very well-built and solid piece made of solid wood and real marble.
