Antique Blown/Pressed Star and Buckle Foot Flint Glass Syrup Jug, 1850's
Probably made in Pittsburgh, PA circa 1850's
Blown/pressed glass is hot glass that is blown into a mould and then pressed. Applied glass handle, with a tin lid.
Pattern is "Star and Buckle", circa 1840-1850's
Size: 4 1/2" by 3 1/2", and 8 1/2" tall overall.
Condition: excellent preserved condition, no chips or cracks. minor use and wear marks associated with age/use.
