A rare and striking piece by Jeffrey M. Andrews of Felt Glass Studios, this kiln-formed glass bowl is a masterful example of 1990s American studio glass. Handcrafted in 1993 and signed by the artist, the form features delicate, scalloped edges and a cool, translucent aqua body. The flowing organic shape showcases Andrews’ keen eye for modern design and tactile form.
Andrews, a VCU design graduate and Fulbright nominee, founded Felt Glass after stints with celebrated designers like Don Shepherd and the iconic Annieglass studio.
