The glaze is golden brown with olive tones. It was likely intended for the storage of preserved artichokes, artichoke oil, or olive oil. It retains remnants of its original paper label, now darkened with age and largely illegible but charming in its authentic patina. A perfect piece of Tuscany’s culinary heritage.
